The morning after the storm, we walked through our neighborhood to find many of the oldest, largest trees had fallen onto cars, houses and power lines. We saw a client of ours who shared first story of the flood. Someone from the River Arts District was saved by a floating refrigerator.

What’s cool about fear is when it is experienced, when the sensations and emotions are fully felt in and through your body, they become something else. This is the power of embodiment–the ability to fully experience your life so you are not trapped repeating the same patterns.
